2010 Royal Service technical training about Air-conditioning products, Acutherm and Steril-Aire UV products had been finished at training center on third floor at 17:00PM on 1st,Nov,2010.
The contents of this training were including: Royal Service products, Acutherm products presentation, UVC products and low-carbon techniques introduction. Peter Lutkic who was the lecturer from Australian Acutherm company, Peter Beale who was from Steril-Aire U.S.A., Mr.Tang and Mr.Liang who were from Royal Service gave speeches and introductions in turn. In the meantime, administration department also took advantage of the opportunity to train the supervisors and admin clerks. Sanna Liu and Temmy Deng were the lecturers.

The colleagues who attended this training were including: Zhang Haijuan- the Manager of Beijing Office and other three colleagues, Zheng Yuxiao-Manager of Shanghai Office and other two colleagues, Mr. Ken Yu from Guangzhou headquarter, technicians and sales representatives, total 30 persons had attended the training.
The training was processing under rigorous, professional and pleasant atmosphere. The participants obtained further knowledge about products, Acutherm products and UVC techniques from all the lecturers with their fully preparations and professional speeches. It set up a solid foundation for promoting UVC lamps, Acutherm products and enlarging products sales volume, and offering customers satisfying service. In the Meantime, administration department organized trainings for recruitment, practical cases analysis and financial policy, and took a professional knowledge assessment, the administration clerks from all divisions obtained more practical experiences, forward to standardization and process-oriented standards.
The whole training preparation and logistic work had been arranged by Daniel Dan who was from Sales Operation Dept. , and had been supported by Mr. Ken Yu and Sanna Liu, in the meantime it was assisted by Tom, Nie Jianping and colleagues who attended the training, it achieved a complete success. We really appreciated all those colleagues who supported the training.
