Zhongkai Recruitment Conference 2011

    HR department and Mr.Tang attended Campus Recruitment Conference on 11th December 2010. Because we need professional employees, Zhongkai had been always subsidized by Royal Service Group, Zhongkai provided us a number of professional technicians of “Thermal Energy and Power Engineering”.So we paid great attention to this conference.

 

    What a pity, it was raining and a bit cool, recruitment companies were busy in preparing their booths from 9 o’clock.There were Daikin, Midea, some electromechanical companies and landscape design companies etc.. With more and more students arrived at the conference since 9:30 AM, all the students lined up orderly with formal dresses.

 

    Because we mainly recruited undergraduate students who majored in “Thermal Energy and Power Engineering”, most of the students in only one class had arrived at the site, Mr.Tang communicated with them about technical knowledge carefully, HR colleagues learned about the mentalities of fresh students. We also talked with the instructors and found out the internship arrangement.

 

    We selected a number of excellent students , and sent them to each department for training. We arranged an inspection of our factory for the students , tried to help them understand the future working environment.
